This attorney was going to take my money for a consulation and refuse me as a client because I lived out of town. I needed a local lawyer for estate planning. I guess he was willing to take my money and then leave me hanging. I would not trust this type of person, he is not what I would recomment for a fiduciary attorney based on my inquiry.

I had to go through a dozen of local attorneys who were either too busy or not interested in collection cases where pro se litigants have already obtained a judgement. Nickolas called me promptly once I got referred to him by his colleague. Nickolas is currently pursuing liens contempt charges and collections from a local handyman for the construction fraud.
