I called this company to set up a service call and was surprised by the lack of professionalism when answering the phone. I was disconnected in the middle of explaining what was going on with my unit . Buyer beware, can't imagine the quality of service would be any better if this is how they handle potential customers.
They come and fix the ice machine and solve another problem with the refrigerator. That was a year and a half ago and we haven't had any problems since.
The technician came in and he got the job done. Now my dryer is heating up again like brand new thanks.
Stop heating my dryer. I went online, made an appointment for that afternoon. They responded quickly. The technology was at an early stage, diagnosed the problem, and did all the repairs in an hour! Great service. I'm so happy.
