Went here with my father in February 1982. The place was phenomenal. Incredible service, beautiful buildings, and location. That was a long time ago, and I am sorry but not surprised to hear the resort is struggling with off-again-on-again plans to reopen. While the Hotel was great the ski area was not much of a hill, no challenge. I would think in that part of Northern New Hampshire, Cannon Mountain is where people would want to ski.
These jerks forced us to take off every piece of snowmobile gear to enter the bar/restaurant, which was nearly empty in the first place, to watch a football game, we were very polite about, and then my friends high end, vintage leather Arctic cat snowmobile jacket was stolen from their coat check. Worst ski resort ever. There are so many other, better options, this run down dump shouldn’t even make it on your list
