Small place but BIG ideas Balloon Factory has been around for so many years. Their place is small and not in the best of neighborhoods, but when you walk into their store, you'll be blown away! They have some of the greatest balloon arrangements around. They'll work with you on your concept and will work within your budget too and come up with an arrangement that'll blow your mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
