I can't say anything good only suffering Privacy breaches
I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone in Ballarat. Constant issues with care, referrals and prescriptions, which you ultimately end up getting charged to rectify because you have to make multiple appointments when they make excessive mistakes. All doctors at this practice charge independently and some really really rip off pensioners, charging $100-$150 a pop (which they make a point of telling you is discounted) often to fix their own mistakes. Call and make an appointment, wait in the IVR for 20 mins, hotdocs sends a message saying add payment details within 15 min, 90 min later it cancels the appointment arbitarily? Are you actually serious? Do you sit playing with your phone all day waiting for some poorly designed system to send you an automated deadline and then arbitrarily cancel your appointment?
