Friendly reception and medical staff. Always helpful.
I have been a patient of Victoria Street Group Practice for around 20 years. Dr Taylor is my GP and has been excellent for the full 20 years. All of the Staff and all of the other Doctors and the Nurses I have seen have been Very Good. It's very personal care and I never feel rushed. Sometimes there is a wait to see the doctor but this is because everyone is being given the same care and it can take time. Whatever the issue, it is always explained fully so I understand.
