Very caring and understanding.
We’ve seen a couple of different doctors at this practice when my regular GP wasnr available and they were great. Unfortunately though, the first points of contact for the practice need some serious professional development, and one of your “policies” is downright dangerous. I would have thought a prerequisite for working in a medical centre would be compassion, respect and kindness but apparently not at this clinic. Tried to make a Hot Doc appointment today, unfortunately this message makes it impossible. A shame, is that part of MEDICARE?
My doctor, Dr.McDonald, is the kindest, caring, understanding and thorough doctor I've ever known. He always treats me with respect and is highly knowledgeable on any matter I bring to him. Whether it be my psoriasis, my pain issues, my personal life, and we even chat about music we both enjoy too. Something you don't expect from a doctor, but makes me feel understood and accepted.
