We’ve seen a couple of different doctors at this practice when my regular GP wasnr available and they were great. Unfortunately though, the first points of contact for the practice need some serious professional development, and one of your “policies” is downright dangerous. I would have thought a prerequisite for working in a medical centre would be compassion, respect and kindness but apparently not at this clinic.
