I would not recommend. I will give them 2 stars instead of 1 because some of the foundational stuff seems to be solid. However, there were a lot of mistakes. Not only did everything take months longer than it should have, I can somewhat look past that because of getting materials and whatnot. The real problem was the lack of communication. There were times that I would try daily, sometimes multiple times daily for a week to get a response and would hear nothing. I can not speak to your calls not getting answered. I guarantee you if you dial our office number ************ your call will be answered or returned if you leave a message. Several of our employees have been released at the end of the year. So if you were contacted them on their cell phones Im not sure about the non answered calls. We bought a house in July of 2022 in a subdivision they built close to ***** lake park. From the day we moved in we have had nothing but issues along with hearing/seeing our neighbors issues. When we moved in our sink faucet was broke, and found out it was installed broken. It took them a month to come fix it. I had to leave a star otherwise they deserve NOTHING! Quoted me a price 3 times higher than the highest mfrs 5 star credentialed contractor. Told me they have the highest credentials with this particular mfg, but I contacted the mfg and they DON'T...so therefore they CANNOT offer a 5 star warranty which I would have paid for! When asked if they sub contract was told yes. I told them no illegals on my property that don't have a work visa/ green card. He couldn't state whether they were/ weren't illegals. Stay away from this company. Find another
Initially my experience with this company was very good. After the hail storm on March 19th, I contacted them upon a very favorable recommendation. They sent someone out to assess the damage to my house, etc. The roof on my house was replaced on or around April 26th. Which I thought was a timely manner, considering all the damage done in the area.
