Rachel at the front desk is always so professional, helpful, and makes my day everytime i see her. She is the first person to offer a helping hand or a listening ear and treats everyone with compassion and respect. There are not many people her age that are as level headed and reliable as she is. I am immediately in a better mood after interacting with her, even if just for a minute. Ive witnessed her handle stressful situations with grace and competence. When visiting and comparing various Senior Living Facilities for my mom, The Baldwin far exceeded our expectations. It was a clear standout amongst the others. There is a clean modern feel to the environment, a sensitivity to the elder population, and a sense of happiness that we didn’t see elsewhere. Most importantly, the distinctive atmosphere that makes up The Baldwin seems to filter into every employee working there. I cannot speak highly enough about the Orchard Inn assisted/memory care unit at The Baldwin. From the moment my family and I walked in, we felt a deep sense of warmth, compassion, and professionalism. The staff is incredible, skilled and caring.
