I had been w K&S for years and was satisfied with customer service. Ever since they changed to the Baldwin group the customer service has been horrible. We have 3 unresolved claims and can’t seem to get any results. We are going to move forward w state board as well with complaint. If you like customer service and communication this is not the one for you.
