I spoke with Ivan who was good enough to see me on short notice. He gave me a comprehensive diagnostic of the fault. He was honest and direct to the point without any miss lead information. There was no charge for this which good of him. I look forward to coming back in future.
Could not recommend the bald lad more! As a young girl going to the mechanic is a bit daunting, but as soon as i met Ivan I knew I had nothing to worry about, he was super transparent about everything that he did during my service, and noted things that might need attention in the future. He even put a new battery in my car key for me just as a nice gesture! I will definitely be coming back here from now on, Ivan is a legend!!

When I booked the appointment, a service wasn’t even mentioned — the car had already been serviced less than two months prior by this very shop. I have gone to see Ivan for my car on numerous occasions . Ivan is a mechanic you can trust you will not be ripped off! Honesty trustworthy and you can be assured that Ivan will do a professional job on your vehicle.. you can be confident that what needs to be fixed will be done at the highest degree I would always recommend Ivan at the bald lad 100 per cent.
