Very disappointed. Paid for two Brazilian waxes upfront via a Groupon special. Only received one before all communication was lost in regards to scheduling my second. It’s definitely not a good look for a new, privately owned business. It’s not even like me to write a review, but I was so disappointed and now obviously out of money. Tried contacting the owner, Tarshiana, via text, phone and email and got no response. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I encourage people to go elsewhere with their business. 😔 #Sad
