The Balanced Living Center is a beautiful space with a caring, professional staff. It is a very welcoming place, and provides experiences and services that help clients with spiritual growth and development in a very relaxing environment. The meditation classes are really great, and the yoga/meditation room is surrounded by windows that let in amazing light and enable you to feel close to nature. Love this place! Always recommend to friends and family. Everyone I have met here have been super welcoming, especially Bridget, who has personally helped myself tremendously. I have nothing but great things to say and they have a lot to offer. Definitely check it out.
I’m thankful for the Balenced Living Center because every time I go in I feel like it’s a safe happy space where I can just get away from the world. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and Lauren is a fantastic human who makes me feel very less alone in the world.
