I’ve been a member for two months now and mainly attend the Pilates and barre classes. I’ve tried the majority of classes but since I mainly joined the studio for barre/pilates that’s what I attend most. My favorite instructors are Kiana and Grace! I’m not sure if they do their own programming but I love every class of theirs that I take. The way they cue each exercise is very helpful so I don’t feel like I have to have my eyes on the instructor the whole the time. Just finished my first pilates class with Kota. Shes a great instructor and I'm so glad I went.
The environment here is so friendly and welcoming. A woman of any age/level would do amazing here!
