I really liked my audiologist and had a follow up appointment with her. Showed up, was told ‘oh she left your new doctor is X’ X was fine but it would have been nice to know ahead. Made my next appointment with X, obviously at the Farragut office since that’s the only one I’d ever been to. Showed up after calling to change the time, then getting at least three confirms. When I first went to the Balance and Hearing Institute I was a little sceptical. I was so dizzy I could hardly stand up. I had never had an inner ear problem. I thought there was something extremely wrong with me. The ER said I should see an ENT doctor so I made an appointment with one. He tested my ears and said he thought I had an inner ear problem. At times I suffer from severe vertigo and balance problems. I have had 100% success to alleviate the problem. Through therapy, both at the clinic and at home, my balance is superior for my age group. I am very thankful for getting back my quality of life. I highly recommend this clinic.
