Have lived in Europe and this is best bread bakery we have found in Denver. Absolutely delicious bread, lovely staff, what more can you ask for?
The Miche was incredible. So good. Thanks for making half-loaves available. I wish you guys the best for whatever is next in your future. I'm sorry the Baking Room is closed/pausing.... but wow I hope I can find you again somewhere so I can get more Miche. And everything else I didn't get to try. Good luck!

Picked up ther maple syrup blueberry foccacia bread and a piece of their blueberry cinnamon roll. So delicious!! Great addition to the area.
