2025 update You guys seriously need to FIRE Polly or whoever her name is that always answers the phone. How is my insurance going UP from removing a 200mph Corvette from my policy? Smug attitude and Erie has been screwing me since they denied my claim last year and treated me like a criminal. Absolutely avoid Erie and especially Baker Insurance group. We have been clients of The Baker Group for decades, and the service has always been excellent. Recently, Ben assisted us with a minor issue involving our homeowners policy, although with this agency, there is no such thing as a "minor issue." Ben immediately resolved the issue and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will continue to use The Baker Group for our home and auto insurance. My only regret here is that I wish I could give this place more than five stars!
