Ben and his group take great care of their customers. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and properly insured. Highly recommend this group.
Ben was so helpful in explaining all of the ins and outs of homeowners insurance. I'm a first time homeowner and I really appreciate the guidance and the extra recommendations from him on things to watch for. He was incredibly busy and short staffed when I showed up but he still took the time to talk to me and listen carefully to everything I needed help with without being rushed.

2025 update You guys seriously need to FIRE Polly or whoever her name is that always answers the phone. How is my insurance going UP from removing a 200mph Corvette from my policy? Smug attitude and Erie has been screwing me since they denied my claim last year and treated me like a criminal. Absolutely avoid Erie and especially Baker Insurance group.
