We are soo sad the Baked Bear is closing. We will miss our pup cups and all the friendly service. We've been going into the Baked Bear since we were puppies and our trips to LA Canterra won't be the same. Thank you to all the staff. Your friends, Chula, Buddha, and Sky
Awesome ice sandwich options, great staff and management.
We went in to buy a few cookies they were out and I was told they were going to take 7 minutes to cool. I asked I could buy ahead and was told no. So I placed an online order for the same cookies which pick up time was past the 7 minute wait. After 10min. the order was canceled. When asked why the order was cancelled If the cookies would take 7 min and it hadn’t been the 7 min. The ice cream is great I just wanted to share my most recent experience. I asked to my brownie sandwich to be “hot pressed” when I got it I asked the cashier if it had been, which I knew it wasn’t since I was watching the guy make it. He proceeds to be frustrated he forgot then tells me he recommends to not hot press it due to the consistency or the ice cream.
