The Birthday Cake we just had for my sister was out of this world! after snooping around a little, i find out that the owners father was the originator of the Champagne cake here in des moines. thats the cake we had, honestly, it was the best. i can hardly wait until i go back to try some cupcakes! they looked delicious!
I ordered a half sheet birthday cake for my boy's 3rd B-day party and was totally disappointed. When I called to order the cake the girl told me that it would be a little over $40. When my husband came to pick it up it was $55. I ordered cream cheese frosting and it was the worse cream cheese frosting I ever had. There was no cream cheese flavor and I could still taste the sandy sugar in the frosting (as if it was not blended in correctly).
