We LOVE The Bair Foundation. We've had nothing but support, encouragement, and help through every piece of this adventure. Everyone we've worked with so far has been open and honest, compassionate, full of love for the kiddos, and extremely well-informed. For Foster Care and Adoption services, the New Wilmington Bair Foundation is the best you will ever find. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable and they are available day or night with their love and support.
The Bair Foundation- North West office changed my life in the best possible way. Many people have said to me that they could never foster a child because their heart would break.
