Very poor experience. I requested to cancel a policy and it took weeks of back-and-forth with little to no help. Finally contacted Nationwide directly instead and they were able to cancel it within minutes. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend The Bailey Group.
Despite request for personal quote,no return call. And they handled my employer's "corp" insurance = I missed my corporate "open enrollment", but this company NEVER offered me an individual policy. Would offer -5 stars if I could
