Siempre he tenido muy buenas referencias para con el grupo de mantenimiento de este condominio, esta vez tuve un poco más de dificultad por eso le doy 4 y quisiera destacar la labor del señor Luis que gracias a él el trabajo salió !
The leasing managers are awful, i was told i was approved on a wednesday and move in friday, i was even told to STOP APPLYING AND LOOKING OTHER PLACES. i ended up not moving in for a week after i was told. after move in there were roaches coming out of the walls and from behind the appliances at night. killed at least 15 of them. pest control came in and did a “unit cleaning” and the bugs came out again the same night. i asked the manager steven to go to his supervisor because the place is inhabitable and literally gave me P... read more
