I do not recommend this building, it is abandoned, no maintenance, the elevator has been broken for more than a year, the swimming pool is June 17th and still not open even though we pay the rent and the swimming pool is included, in any case I can't wait to move out from here.

Update April 17th: More than 12-13 RATS were fighting with each other and hearing their screams in the parking was really disgusting! Volume up to hear their screams in the clip! It is a serious violation of tenants health and well-being! If this is the only available apartment to rent in Canada, and you have no more options, then I recommend you to leave Canada! The management is insulting tenants! Cockroach every where! I am living here for 4 years! And they never fixed any issue! I have to use staircase to go to my apartm... read more
