Great atmosphere, good food and friendly staff.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a package of bagels from this location and found a cigarette butt inside the package. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of taking the complaint seriously, I was told it was “impossible” for that to have happened. On another occasion, I placed an online order and arrived 40 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. The employee told me it still wasn’t prepared because he was the only person working. Lovely people working there so hard working, polite and professional! Delicious bagels. Proper food handling and very fresh food. Highly recommend.
