Ive been here a couple times and went to eat here for brunch with my almost 2 year old daughter. The staff was friendly, and food was delicious. I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese with a hashbrow and my daughter loves the muffins and mini bagels. Will definitely be coming back again.
I don't normally leave reviews but I did want to say that Bagel Tree in Franklin has always been mine and my daughter's go-to. The bagels are always cooked superbly. We like my bagels with extra cream cheese and cut in quarters and they have always done that for me. Never ever disappointed. After reading the reviews from the past three months, I believe the owners need to take a serious look at what's happening at Bagel Tree Franklin. There are repeated complaints about rude staff, aggressive arguments over something as simple as cream cheese, and multiple customers describing unprofessional, hostile behavior. Today I came into Bagel Tree franklin where as I normally partake at the wantage location with my 4-year-old son, who absolutely loves coming here. While I was there, a male employee with neck tattoos approached a longtime employee, Jessica, and began talking about me in front of my child. Whatever personal opinions employees have about customers should be kept private, especially when a young child is present.
