The espresso at The Bagel Shop in Hasbrouck Heights is phenomenal. I absolutely love their vanilla latte. The flavor of the espresso they use is top tier and better than Starbucks. The bagels, however, are not the best I've had, but certainly not the worst either. There are definitely better places to get a bagel in the area, but if you're looking for a great latte, definitely give this place a shot.
I ate at "The Bagel Shop" since 16. That meant that I had lots of bagels and coffee throughout my time, plus a bunch of pork roll and multiple breakfast platters. The bagels here are good. They have a select variety of cream cheese, but not as much as Mills or any other bagel chain. Update: Get the breakfast platter. They are very generous with Taylor Ham. Literally! 5 pieces of meat! The customer service is horrible!! They messed up our order 2 weeks in a row !! Food is great, customer service sucks!!!!
