I was referred to Badaki by my legal services plan as Badaki was listed as a participating lawyer. I called for an initial consultation and gave them the legal services case number. Badaki said there was a $95 fee for an initial consultation. I explained that the initial consultation was free with my legal services plan. Badaki insisted it was not so I paid the $95 and set up an appointment.
