Just purchased a 13X13 Springless trampoline on 5/5/19 and checked their website today for some product information since it is scheduled to be installed today 05/17/19 and I see that it is now 200 dollars cheaper. We called to find out if they offer some 30 day or 15 day price adjustment and they do not. Feeling disappointed that I didn't get the credit and paid 200 dollars more and it's not even installed yet. Highly recommend The Backyard Factory for your trampoline purchase! My husband I did a ton of research on trampolines & ended up calling TBF to ask about a test jump on a Springfree Trampoline. We decided on a Springfree for safety for our two young kids. Kaylee was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Awesome store. We love our swing set but we paid for it to be assembled in our backyard and the guy did a terrible job installing it. He was late and it took him twice as long as they said it would, he use incorrect screws/bolts (seems like he just used whatever he had on hand that would fit). Plus, I think he over tightened some of the bolts because the wood is already splitting in some places and it's only been 6 months.
