I really enjoyed doing business here today. They're highly knowledgeable, professional and have been in the business of trampoline's for long time.
We went to the store to check out the spring free trampolines. They had a ton to jump on and try out it was really awesome to see the trampolines in person considering they are an investment. We ended up buying a trampoline and had it installed and can’t be happier! The installation was so fast and everyone we worked with was more than friendly! Can’t recommend this place enough!
These are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER!. I ordered an incredible Springfree trampoline over the phone and they were super helpful. Ryan, who came to assemble it for us in Boulder, was fast, friendly and just wonderful. Robin in the office is incredibly friendly - I'd buy from them again and again - highly recommended.
We have been shopping for a trampoline for the kids for sometime, and went to visit the Backyard Factory where we met Christina, who was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Their location is very convenient for those who live in South Metro Denver and they have trampolines setup so you can see which fits your needs best. She was so helpful in helping us find a Springfree that fits in our limited yard space, but gives the kids the experience they want.
