Knowledgeable staff great place for all your pool needs
We've been using them for about 9 months. Matthew does an awesome job keeping the pool clear and is always friendly. Anytime I need extra service or to change days, Katie in the office is always on top of it. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs!
We've consistently received outstanding customer service from Backyard Experience. Most recently, when a pool light failed—and the system was no longer in production—they stepped in and handled the warranty claim seamlessly. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. Dave, the service technician, was incredibly friendly and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend!
