RecommendedStopped in last Sunday and had the pleasure of meeting Charlie. Great guy, very knowledgeable and extremely honest. We got an amazing deal on an awesome Green Mountain pellet grill and can't say enough good things about The Backyard company. Definitely reccomend them and will definitely return ! Customer service at its finest! I made my purchase today specifically on the fact that they could do what no one else could.. working for a competitor of theirs I really do shop with companies that pride themselves in customer service - and sometimes you just need it NOW - big box cant always do that..
