I’ve always been intimidated by the gym - and if I did go to one - I was a treadmill only kind of person. I took a leap of faith and joined The Backyard and I couldn’t be happier! The people I have met, the coaches, the whole experience has been amazing and I cannot recommend this gym enough! If you are a beginner looking for a starter gym or if you are a hardcore workout pro looking for somewhere to be pushed to the max - The Backyard is the place for you to find your new workout family!
Such a cool place to workout. Friendly people and quality coaching. Working thru the Fall Challenge has been tough but so rewarding.
This is a great and friendly place to workout. The coaches and everyone else is very supportive and pushes you to be your best self. I love the challenges and the variety or crossfit style equipment.
