Just had a one-to-one with Naheed to walk me through the background checker dashboard. He was very patient with me and his instructions clear. The dashboard itself is very easy to use and when you have multiple candidates to follow up you can instantly visualize where everyone is in the process which is very transparent.

I was a receiver of the service, i.e - I was being checked. The service was fast & professional, was treated as an individual rather than a number and when I had questions or issues the response was fast, communicative & supportive. I am not a regular leaver of Google reviews, but happy to do so in this instance.

Fast, efficient and well informed, I was worrying about getting my BPSS's sorted in readiness for an urgent contract, I shouldn't have, they made the whole process painless, would definitely use them again.
