He is just after money,he took over 200,000. dollars from my family and when a judge finally says we are getting a court date. He threatened us and said I will make sure it costs you another 75,000. Biggest mistake of our lives. Paid off? Never got a court date! 8 years!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I HIRED THEM TO HELP ME WITH MY SCHOOL VIOLATING ME SICK IN THE HOSPITAL SICK WITH TUMORS NOW UNDER TREATMENT AND SICK AGAIN THEY DO NOT FIGHT FOR YOU. IVE HAD TO DO IT ON MY OWN SICK THATS WHY I HIRED THEM BECAUSE I WAS TOO SICK TO DO IT MYSELF. He's got another lawsuit coming. He uses a PR firm's phony reviews from people who do not exist to beef up his reputation once a negative review appears. Beware of those reviews, especially on avvo where positive reviews are never screened nor censored. He ditched the case after I paid the bill and performed his magic trick, the disappearing Bach!!!!

I am in the middle of suing Bach because he violated several of Texas Professional Rules of Conduct; regulating attorneys on how they are to handle cases, and the damages his rule violations caused me. The school required me to provide a letter from a psychologist and/or psychiatrist before the "school" would "consider" me for re-admission; ambiguously telling me I was indefinitely suspended. Someone needs to remove the duplicate fake reviews by Tracy Turner, she works in his office. The reviews on avvo are posted by his p.r. company. A week ago he had the worst rating imaginable but all of his scammed clients received emails that the lawyer "disputed" these 1 star reviews and now they have been permanently removed. The reviews from "Tracy" are duplicates and this site should take them down. They are fake. Bach's p.r. company put up 3 of the same exact review to offset the many real reviews about him with low ratings. He never returned one single call yet continued to charge me. He is a scam artist. He WILL NOT help you.

My husband and I hired Jason and his team after our son's rights were violated by his school. Jason immediately went to work on our case and got results beyond our best expectations. Jason kept us informed on all aspects of our case and made sure to answer any and all questions or concerns we had. His team was helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with Jason and will continue to use him and refer him to friends and colleagues.
