We hired Jason to represent our under age daughter. She was cleansed out of school,by a community who did not like outsiders. We gave Attorney Bach over $200,000. for a case that drug on for years. The opposing pigs counter sued our daughter for $185,000. Finally a judge ruled too much evidence we are going to court and then Attorney Bach stopped talking to us. I hired Bach a year before the statue of limitation to represent me against a school that indefinitely suspended me and kept denying my request for admissions due to my disability. He changed $5000, wrote only two letters, then dropped my case 12 days before the statue, resulting in my loss of the retainer and the case. He too told me the school did not respond to his letter but the school showed me proof they did respond

Didn’t have a great experience. $300 consulting fee? No feedback to share about a predrafted settlement proposition that I was told reached the appropriate desk pre-consultation… zero effort was allocated by this guy Bach, I guess, and so I guess he is only interested in helping those who have money prepared for his collection. Doesn’t sound like a guy I’d be friends with and as of yet I do not recommend this law firm on this limited experience.
