Was looking for a new salon for a highlight, I called left message and Jessica called back made appointment for 2 weeks out due to my schedule and it being my bday weekend. Woke up the day of my appointment to text cancellation of appointment. Told her I was sorry to hear that could we reschedule and never heard back. Very unprofessional.
