PAYTON is absolutely phenomenal. I travel an hour and a half to see her, and ladies/men- she is worth it!! I have never felt anything but welcomed, included and listened to. Whether you want to sit and enjoy the silence of your TLC or talk until your jaw hurts, Payton welcomes you with such acceptance. Instead of avoiding getting my hair done, I’m making regular appointments. Thanks Payton for helping me feel pretty again after a long post partum year 💕
Not to be dramatic but I’m a little devastated that my last haircut was today with Maggie because I am moving. If I could have her do my hair for forever I would. She does my hair so effortlessly perfect every time, and speaks to you like you are her friend. Great hair and some yap, what more could you ask for from your stylist?! (And the little mini Diet Cokes are )
Felt like my time wasn't valued. Booked a month in advance. They asked me to reschedule one day before my appointment. When I showed up at my new time and day, I was told the artist would be with me shortly. I waited for 20 minutes, messaged the artist, and left. It was time sensitive, as I mentioned to the artist beforehand.
