I contacted this firm spoke with them for a bit. Then was ignored. They seemed very uninterested in helping me. I don't use my real name on here because of retaliation. And I didn't put specifics because I don't need you contacting my employer and telling them I'm seeking assistance. I had 2 phone conversations and I was sent to talk to someone else. They said I needed representation here. So I contacted your office again and have never heard from her again.
