Accepting intelligent yoga
It’s an EXTRAORDINARY experience doing yoga here and taking the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training! The teachers are incredible and very special people, passionate and extremely knowledgeable!!! They teach with heart and deeply care about each student. Can’t say enough about the AWESOME journey I’ve experienced here!!! Love it!!!
I've been blessed to know the Litvins for a long time and just made it to their beautiful studio for the first time. The studio feels so calming (kind of like a treehouse) and Dan Litvin taught a wonderful class. I loved every minute and will be back.
Sadhana Yoga is the best yoga stuidio in NJ! The staff and teachers are so wonderful and inspiring! I highly recommend them..Not to mention all the great events they plan.
I'm new to yoga and having a great time exploring at Sadhana. The instructors and staff are friendly, talented, and I feel very welcome here. The studio is warm and comforting as well. I'm looking forward to continuing my yoga journey here!
So this was my third class, and I am really liking this studio and instructors. It is a great place to start learning yoga. The instructors and staff are very nice and helpful.
