Where do I begin? Our house needed a lot of work to even get to market. My husband and I were overwhelmed, as we had already moved out of state. Ayse helped us step by step with budgeting, priorities, staging and even contractor/handyman recommendations. She was available by text and phone, sometimes just for a pep talk. In the end, our house sold just days after it was marketed — for over asking price. I recommend Ayse and her team without reservation.
