Our salesman, Ben, was very responsive and professional. There was a glitch with the install, but they came back immediately and fixed everything. Love the Marygrove product and looking forward to some patio time with comfortable shade!

Unprofessional and rude staff.
The office women aren't very kind nor professional, two of them in particular. I had recently came in to their office to address some issues with my awning in-person since they were continuously running me around in circles over the phone. While I was waiting for the front desk receptionist to find someone to help me, I recognized the boss Maria and her assistant Ashley.
