The sound bath at The Awakened Center was delightful! Krista's energy was warm, that mixed with the energy from the instrument sounds was a combination perfect for relaxation and meditation. I would highly recommend, I plan on more future sessions!
The atmosphere was very relaxing. Krista is absolutely wonderful! Very calming and friendly. This was my first time so she walked me through what she would do. Explained any sensations I might feel. And I felt them! Afterward I felt extremely relaxed. I actually slept the whole night for the first time in a long time. I will be adding this to my self care routine!
Krista is amazing. So kind. Soft, reassuring , tender in her approach, I was very moved by the whole experience.
We planned a mediumship session with Rae Lyn and really enjoyed her and the session. She was considerate, gentle, explained her process, and never over promised. Genuine care and messages the entire time. She is humorous and spicy which immediately makes you feel at ease.
After a quick Google search for sound bath events in the area, I found The Awakened Center. I signed up for one of the Sound Bath sessions and am so grateful I did! I left feeling calm, grounded, and much more centered than when I arrived. The experience: in a dimly lit room, we sat in zero gravity chairs with a cozy blanket on top of us.
