This was our first time staying at The Avonlea Inn and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. We booked through a third-party company, but had no trouble connecting with the owners—they responded to my emails promptly and even accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Stratford, close to everything. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The perfect room! We had a great stay. The location is wonderful, it was so close to everything we were there for. The owners were so kind when we chatted with them and recommended us some great places to eat. Thank you for the great stay! We will definitely be back
Not what we expected at all. I don't like to write negative reviews but this needs to be shared. First off, this is not an "inn" and is more like an AirBnB booking in a building with three rooms. There is no front desk and you require a code to get in. No security and you have to lock the door after you get in - makes you wonder if the other guests check or not. The room was not clean and found a nose tissue and dust bunnies under our bed as well as a suspicious looking bug on a pillow (photo included). The AC was very noisy... read more
Clean and cozy room! Really convenient location close to many restaurants and free parking, the host was quickly responsive and very helpful! I hope to stay again!
