Worst Landlord ever. They don’t care about our health and safety. They keep ignoring messages and lying to us. The rooms have mold and water damage. Stay away from this place.
This rental has been unlivable from the beginning. There was water damage when I moved in, which has now turned into mold, and despite repeatedly calling and texting the landlord about these issues, my calls were ignored and my messages either went unanswered or I was passed off to yet another person. I have been switched between three different contacts with no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution. ⭐️ 1 star – Unlivable conditions and awful management I’m writing this as someone who spent weeks and many weekends at The Avonlea Inn while my friend rented a room here from October 17 to February 1. I personally witnessed the condition of the room and saw the text message exchanges with the landlord and his sons. What I saw was unacceptable. The room became actively unlivable during winter.
