The staff at the Aviary, particularly the wonderful nurses, were a crucial factor in my experience. The program's structure is solid if you listen, learn and keep an open mind. The group experience was average, although some were much better than others. All in all, I am very grateful that I found a place to heal and clear my mind. I have to say the food is average, and the "barn" needs central air. I had to leave a few times because of the heat. However, I needed help, and I found it here.
I’m incredibly thankful for my experience at The Aviary Recovery Center! I began my recovery journey on January 1st, and I truly couldn’t be more pleased with how everything has gone. The staff were supportive and compassionate, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food was genuinely delicious. Going to The Aviary was a great experience and exactly what I needed at the time. I was very anxious to go to a recovery center and this far exceeded my expectations. The program was very informative and helpful, staff was excellent, and the food was good. Mike, Ralph, and Sarah (coach) will always be in my heart for the help they provided. Bryan (CEO) cares deeply about what they can do to help make this the best recovery center out there. If you need help this is the place to go. Thank you so much!
Overall, it's an amazing place. The food is great, the staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are excellent. The daily schedule is similar to a 9-5 job, with many opportunities to try or learn something new.
Went here two and a half years ago from Arkansas. The amount of corruption is honestly sickening. Completed their program and went to their sober living which was a joke. Got kicked out for smoking cannabis when I never did amongst other false accusations. Got singled out and couldn’t even have my own vehicle when others did who didn’t even complete their inpatient program because they were afraid I would “run away”. I’m glad I went elsewhere to complete my sobriety because this place is a laughing stock of recovery.
