I was so excited to begin classes at The Aviary despite the fact that I had sent an email and then a follow up email two weeks later to ask a question about one of the class pass options and didn’t receive a response to either email by the time I began classes two months later (just had to pick an option since my question was never answered and they don’t have a phone to call to speak to someone). Took the beginner bungee class with friends this weekend. Anna was our teacher. She was fun, knowledgeable and attentive. We were laughing and sweating! Be the end of our first class we could do a small sequence. Clean studio.
I finally visited the new location and I'm in love! It's so welcoming, the staff is friendly and I love how much this studio actually offers. Jamie was my first instructor at a different studio 12 years ago and she's an amazing teacher with patience and excitement for everyone, I'm excited to be able to take more classes with #drillsargeantjamie again :) My friends and I recently signed up for Bungee classes and we loved it! You will wish you had joined sooner. This is the most fun I have had “exercising” ever. I have built more strength than lifting alone. The number of classes and the variety is worth the unlimited membership. I love this place and the people.
If you’re looking for the best place to grow, step outside of your comfort zone and come as your authentic self this is the place for you! All mobility and sizes are welcome - you will grow stronger and more confident, and have interesting stories to tell at parties.
