The Aviary was SO FUN! We got a group together and did a private bungee class since we were all beginners. The instructor was great - she walked us through a bunch of standard moves and let us play and try out different stuff. Was a blast and we all want to do it again!
I purchased a pass and signed up for a beginner class on the website, the webpage said if less than two people enroll the class will be cancelled. The morning of, I checked and was the only person enrolled. No one contacted me at any time. I checked the class website, no update. No email, no call, no text. I called twice that morning and left messages asking about the class and no one ever called me back. The class was a little expensive but a lot of fun. The trainer was great. The website to sign up is not mobile friendly, does not have an accurate phone number, and says you will get a confirmation email and the receipt is not a confirmation. (But then they don't send you a confirmation email of the booking) You can not see the classes you sign up for on the mobile site, and things only worked when I finally switched to desktop mode. Had so much fun having a private bungee party here!
Save your money don’t bother. Arrived at bungee class Friday night 640-645 no one there locked doors. 6 degrees outside in the winter dark parking lot. Another instance website booked for bungee classes but you can book private party. When you arrive well you can’t come to the class. Pick a more reliable gym.
