I had a lease here for a year when they were just becoming “The Avery” but till this day it stands out as one of the worst managed properties I’ve ever lived in. I had to tell them I was calling code enforcement because they didn’t care to fix the heat, and magically after a month someone appeared the next day. The staff was unprofessional and abrasive. It was tough year to get through living here.
