I genuinely enjoy living in the Avenues of Highfields estate. The community itself is fantastic — there are many friendly, respectful people here, and we’ve been fortunate to have great neighbours- mostly. Our home and the overall atmosphere of the area are what make it such a pleasant place to live. Unfortunately, my experience with estate management has been disappointing. Negative star. Small blocks, tight fitting, no trees, heats up in summer. Toilets Bins not here in park. Terrible place and sad development by greedy development.
