The front desk Concierge gentleman is absolutely lovely. Super accommodating and compassionate to the residents. This is a five star accommodation by anyone's standers.
My mother-in-law loves this place! She has made new friends and made it her home. When we visit, Joe is so kind and gives our kids candy.
Looking for a 55+ apartment or cottage? You must come check us out. I have lived here going on 4 years and absolutely love it. Management is awesome and our maintenance manager is the best! Always working to keep our place in pristine condition. Plenty of activities to suit whatever you would like to do. Be sure to get an appointment for a tour. You won't be disappointed!!
After touring what felt like every senior living community in the area, I hope this review saves other adult children a lot of time and frustration. If you're searching for a place for your parent, The Avenues at Crofton Park in Broomfield has been, by far, the best experience we've had for my mom once my dad passed away. Be careful of this place staff really really rude to their residence including Joe from front desk. He really disrespectful and rude. So if you are looking for a place this is not the place for anyone 55 and up.
