I called Mikayla Uecker and left a message that was never returned. I stopped by one day when I was in the neighborhood. While still outside I was "greeted"by a rude, hostile Mikayla, the manager, after she asked my name. She humiliated me by loudly saying she would escort me to my car, 10 feet away??, as if I couldn't find it, and told me to leave HER property. It's not HER PROPERTY, it's senior housing that I have a right, like anyone who is a senior, to apply for. Mikayla is a 27 year old girl with anger issues overseeing... read more
I wouldn't recommend living at this community
Ms Andra helped me find an apartment about a year ago. She is very nice and professional. Location is awesome. Maintenance is always showing up
The staff at The Avenues are professional, hard working, and kind. Very responsive to their residents' needs. Beautiful facility with dedicated management team. Highly recommend checking out this exceptional property!
