Update (July 3, 2025): (a) The on-site management team I mentioned earlier are no longer here. José was recruited by another complex that paid him a lot more. The new staff have been friendly and helpful. (b) The swimming pool has never opened this year - tomorrow is July 4th and it is still closed. Apparently, it's not Avenues' fault - they told me that the (state or municipal) government changed the law regarding apartment complex swimming pools; Avenues had to hire a company to do some sort of construction and install new... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. My mother lives in this complex and her AC was not working for well over a month before being repaired, despite multiple maintenance requests, phone calls, and follow-ups. It’s unacceptable to leave tenants without air conditioning for this long, especially during the summer. The complete lack of urgency and response from the office is both unprofessional and negligent. This is just one on a list of items that have been ignored. I do not recommend this... read more
I just officially moved here on Sunday, and even before that, I had the feeling Avenues would be the place for me. The Office People were very friendly towards me throughout the entire application process. You have no idea how much of a hassle it was for me to get it done. I’m grateful that my folks were there to help me get it.
