The property management of this shopping center is extremely negligent. They punish responsible patrons of the restaurants that serve alcohol by threatening to tow the vehicles that were left overnight. This terrible policy promotes drunk driving and hurts the very businesses that are paying rent every month.
Business response:
The policy is in place for no overnight parking in general. We have an agreement with the Town of Viera per our land use agreement and Brevard County Sheriff Department. As you can see from the parking ticket; it is just a warning and no fines are involved. In the past we have had 18 wheelers whom treat the center like a truck stop, abandoned vehicles and stolen vehicles left here overnight. Favorite stores their are $5 and below. Found lots of stuff fun gifts as well as some nudual clothes items. Of course CHARMING CHARLIES in which I can spend a small fortune for my PURSE COLLECTION and look like I spent A HUGE FORTUNE. We discovered a absolutely fabulous Burger 21. Great sauces for Fabulous French fries as well as dynamite Shakes.
